Mr. Tomorrow’s Last Prophecy portrays the life of a prodigy. Clayton Broussard possesses the power of precognition. An alley cat and an ancient book of secret lore inspire his visions. And Clayton is wealthy. His special gifts make him and his family a prime target for mayhem and murder. Luckily for Clayton and his family, Jack Dunham, the man sent to destroy the Broussards, takes up their cause. He investigates Clayton’s special powers and the plot against the Broussards. From one harrowing episode to the next, Jack fends off danger. He protects Clayton until fate intervenes to take the upper hand.

The idea for this book began with a vague idea. I wanted to write a tragic story about a delusional person. Was there a message here? Only that we should be aware of our own self-deception. As the story progressed, I could see that the psychic, Clayton Broussard, might be on to something. His “delusions” turned out to have truth to them. This actually added to the tragedy of the story.

Our cat “Furball” was a great one; we had her for twenty years. She served as the model for Clayton’s feline in Mr. Tomorrow.
